Checkpoint International Corporation (CPI) is a stocking distribution company that carries mostly specialty construction supplies, roof and floor coatings, as well as safety products to residential, commercial and military projects on Guam, Saipan, and the neighboring islands such as Rota, Tinian, and Palau. CPI serves as a manufacturer’s representative and a master distributor for most of the lines we represent. Currently, CPI is the exclusive distributor of Sika Corp, WR Meadows, Dunn Edwards Paint, Isolatek and Dryvit to name a few.   

CPI was established in 2009 with the aim to provide quality materials and services to support the rising demand due to the military buildup on Guam. Checkpoint International Corporation’s founders, a husband and wife tandem, built this company with the goal to be a one-stop, “Specialty Construction Source” here on Guam and the neighboring islands in the Pacific, including Hawaii. The Management and staff have a combined experience of 16 years in the waterproofing, concrete repair, insulation and specialty coating industry. 

To achieve industry growth and leadership by establishing reliability and innovation and exceeding customer’s expectations through management excellence and superior service and products.
